The Family & Children's Center Counseling and Development Services (CDS) mission is to empower individuals and families by promoting human growth and dignity and prevent abuse through advocacy, education, counseling and supportive services. CDS currently has openings available for Therapists for full-time, part-time evenings, and weekends. The Clinical Counselor provides evaluation and treatment services to our clients including individual, family and group treatment. Also provides case coordination with other Family & Children's Center affiliates and to the community.

Duties include:
 Provide intake evaluations and treatment services for clients 
 Establish and maintain professional working relationships within the agency, Family & Children's      Center, and the community 
Keep client records complete and up-to-date to meet standards of accreditation and of the agency 
Record keeping and statistics 
Complete insurance/managed care requirements for clinical pre-certification/re-certifications

The right candidates will be enthusiastic, creative, flexible and have a MSW or Masters degree in counseling with LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT preferred. Minimum one-year internship in individual and family therapy. Clinical interview, assessment and counseling skills are necessary with the ability to organize time and tasks.
