The Children's Campus, an affiliate of Family & Children's Center, treats severely emotionally disturbed children, adolescents and their families who require compassionate and specialized care, in residential environments ranging from secure care to independent living.  The Children's Campus currently has several openings available for Youth Treatment Specialists (YTS). 

The YTS is responsible for the supervision, support and guidance of the residents assigned to their units and are an integral part of a treatment team.  Duties include:  provide a safe, clean and therapeutic environment; prioritize and respond to resident care responsibilities; and manage and respond to potential crisis situations in an appropriate manner. 

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be at least 21, and have a valid drivers license.  Previous experience working with youth and a degree or working toward a degree in the human services field is preferred.   Competitive pay based on education and experience; shift premium available for 2^nd shift.  Openings available for 2nd shift 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm, part-time to work 32 hours, and pool staff to work as needed.
