Qualifications: -High school diploma/GED -Customer service experience -Cash handling experience -Ability to cross sell bank products and services -Highly motivated -Friendly, upbeat and courteous -Sales oriented -Ability to work in a team atmosphere
Typical Duties: -Provide clients with friendly service and meet financial needs by completing transactions and uncovering other opportunities to sell additional services -Greet clients; handle daily transactions -Promote bank products and services -Refer clients to appropriate specialist -Follow policies and procedures -Process client transactions -Utilize problem resolution process effectively -Participate in retail sales programs to help meet personal and banking center goals -Complete required 1st Source University and other educational programs -Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills and abilities with clients and staff members -Participate in banking center community projects -Additional responsibilities as requested
